There's a two-car garage that could also be useful for storing snowmobiles, UTVs, ATVs or mountain bikes. Furthermore, there's ample space for parking multiple vehicles in the driveway. This tends to be a tranquil, quiet subdivision with minimal traffic, yet it is less than a 10-minute drive to either Giant Steps Lodge or Navajo Lodge at the Brian Head Ski Resort. This subdivision is conveniently located between these two main lodges. In the recent past, during peak ski season, the town of Brian Head has been offering a shuttle stop close to this cabin. This stop is "by text only", which means that there is not typically an excessive amount of shuttle traffic to the area. However, when the town's shuttle service is available, pickups and drop-offs are typically available for the occasional person or group who might want to take advantage of the shuttle. The town shuttle has historically been available at peak times during the winter ski season. When available, the shuttle makes it easy for everyone in your group to split up and go your separate ways without needing multiple cars. It is also a nice option if you don't enjoy driving in the snow; you can leave the transportation to experienced local drivers who are well-equipped to transport your group to the local ski lodges, stores and restaurants. The shuttle's availability tends to also be a great selling point with potential renters. Shuttle service isn't universally available to all of the cabins in the town of Brian Head. So if your plan is to buy this property to earn rental income during the ski season, the shuttle's availability in this location is a direct advantage that could possibly help you to attract interested renters to the property.
